Responsible for Seagull’s pipeline and gas processing business including the acquisition of new assets. Also oversaw Seagull’s third-party operations and construction business. Seagull was a Houston-based international oil and gas company engaged in exploration and production in the United States, Egypt, Indonesia and the Russian Republic of Tartarstan.

Operating profit for gas gathering business segment grew from $3.2 million in 1988 to $8.6 million in 1993 and the Operations and Construction business contributed over $10 million in profits during that time.

PLT Engineering, Inc.

President & CEO

Profit and loss responsibility for PLT’s offices and operations in the United States, Canada, South America and Southeast Asia. PLT was an international engineering and project management firm (2500+ projects in 70 countries) established in the early 1950s.

Annual sales increased from $100 million in 1983 to $150 million in 1986.

Profit and loss responsibility for Wilcrest’s operations and projects in North and South America.

Wilcrest, a privately-owned engineering and project management company, saw annual sales grow from $1 million in 1978 to approximately $6 million by 1983.

Senior Project Manager

Responsible for several pipeline and terminal projects in the United States, Australia and Ecuador. Williams Brothers was an international engineering and project management company headquartered in Tulsa. Outstanding Company Employee Award (selected from 700+ employees) in 1979.

Sun Pipe Line Company

Project Engineer

Participant in several joint industry studies to evaluate the feasibility of new projects including the first Gulf Coast-to-Midwest crude oil pipeline. Field/project engineer for several pipeline and terminal projects.
